In our comprehensive ASSESS + MENTOR + POLISH approach, we offer the ASSESS step as a standalone service to allow applicants and families to evaluate fit and value before committing to ongoing mentorship and support.

Assess

Every new mentee relationship begins with a detailed review session, culminating in a summary report & action plan along with follow-up to commit to next-steps and timelines.

By assessing each mentee’s academics, experiences, and goals, we make recommendations to help amplify their strengths and map their collegiate pathways.

Mentor

Through regular meetings, we work on executing each mentee’s action plan, including working together on a variety of applications, including for enrichment programs and other opportunities, to help build their candidacies to achieve their best personal outcomes.

We handhold applicants in researching best-fit programs, strengthening their profiles, formulating an application strategy, and crafting essays and resumes that perfect their stories—helping them stand out in a sea of applicants.

Polish

We bring it all together at submission time, supporting applicants in presenting their strongest candidacies, including by partnering with specialists on music and arts portfolios.

We help applicants finalize their applications through second reader essay and resume reviews, application proofs, and observed mock interviews and/or video feedback.
